I couldn't resist this sky over the moss this afternoon. The water in the foreground is all the rain which has been falling recently. Posted by Picasa

The 'usual' view shows a wintry scene these days with lots of wet and asparagus which still needs cutting down. This picture was taken on the 9th December. Posted by Picasa

The broad beans are looking pretty perky. I am wondering whether to cover them or let them take their chances with the British Winter! Posted by Picasa

This picture from 7th December shows a few things still growing at the allotment. I am pleased with the onions in the foreground, and the purple sprouting which Sue planted out in the Summer looks like it will bring a bumper harvest in the Spring! The Chard has been knocked about a bit by the wind recently and probably needs cutting back. The leeks are OK but why didn't I plant out more when I had the chance?!? I had quite a bit of glass out of the greenhouse as well which needs attention. Posted by Picasa

This picture of the 'usual view' was taken on the 18th November. (I seem to be a bit behind!) Will try and catch up soon as I do have some pics to post. I'm trying to clear my laptop to reformat the hard disc so haven't been copying from camera to laptop. (Or anywhere else -hence the gap! However, the memory card is now full and pictures downloaded to 'big' computer upstairs!) Posted by Picasa

You can see the kind of weather we had for much of November! Posted by Picasa
