The things we do for marital harmony! But every good cook has the occasional disaster - and I'd really like the recipe (perhaps method would be a better word) for drying the strawberries - do you think you could get the chef to supply it to a blog near you??

Perhaps why I love growing veggies so much is because I get to eat them. That probably means I am motivated by hunger! Your photo has just motivated me!

Iwas as good as it looks! THe strawberries rather sharp in their ints=ensity (certainly not bland!) and Sue made it with a mixture of Marscapone cheese and greek yoghurt which is much nicer than cream.

I cut the recipe for the dried strawbs out of the magazine and will post it as soon as I find it:-)
