Strawberry Success

Further to the post below regarding 'caramelised' strawberries here is a taste of what Sue can really do in the kitchen! Wonderful! (Will that do darling? Ed.)

The things we do for marital harmony! But every good cook has the occasional disaster - and I'd really like the recipe (perhaps method would be a better word) for drying the strawberries - do you think you could get the chef to supply it to a blog near you??

Best wishes,
Joanna

Perhaps why I love growing veggies so much is because I get to eat them. That probably means I am motivated by hunger! Your photo has just motivated me!

Iwas as good as it looks! THe strawberries rather sharp in their ints=ensity (certainly not bland!) and Sue made it with a mixture of Marscapone cheese and greek yoghurt which is much nicer than cream.
Thanks to all for your comments.
I cut the recipe for the dried strawbs out of the magazine and will post it as soon as I find it:-)
