PS Have founfd a source of second hand glass on the moss. Got ten panes today & 12 waiting for tomorrow. (Still to be removed from their previous abode!
Why don't you plant the tulips in a pot and take them home? They'll flower pretty quickly in a centrally heated house if they get enough light.
