I tried the Allotment Lady's (see link on right) Banana Chocolate Cake today and it really is superb!!!
(We had it with custard.) It is a magical transformation. I started with this...melting it.. Posted by Picasa

This cake looks very delicious. I do not make a cake. My wife loves a cake, and I always buy it from a cake store. you can make a cake well!

Hi Mike, Your blog looks great! You've beaten mum to making marmalade - well done! haha. I'm back at uni now and will be looking out for some good ideas to cook my house. One of my house mates made red onion marmalade yesterday but don't think thats typical student grub! Was great to see you over christmas. Love Hannah
