Alas must resist making this delicious looking cake due to very embarrassing weight gain after stuffing myself with far too many chocs etc over the festive season!
Since Jan 9th (after finishing off the Xmas goodies of course)there's been no crisps/sweets/biscuits/cakes etc
for me.Plan next week to cut down re portion sizes plus have even more healthier food.
There'll be no joining a gym for me as I'm far too mean to waste my money that way instead I'm hopeing to lose weight with some extra walking plus more gardening at home,in the school wildlife area and then there's 95% of my allotment to dig over (not all in one go !!!
