Hi! Mike
You planted sweetcorn. I also planted sweetcorn the other day. I hope you harvest a lot .
The tomato side shoots are a breeze to grow, and any broken off bits too.
I am throwing mine as I have approaching 80 plants now.
I probably won't grow sweet corn this year - won't have enough room in the freezer now that my fruit bushes are starting to bear fruit. (~Sorry teach - not good grammar!)
Hi Heymou - I hope you get a lot of sweetcorn as well!
Hi AL - Thanks for your encouragement about the tomatoes - time will tell! I thought your tomato patch looked magnificent - that was one of the reasons i put some side shoots in to grow a few more!
