We had the first of the Winter cauli's Big Dave gave me to put in last year and it was delicious! I've never had home grown cauli before and it never ceases to amaze me the difference in taste and texture between vegetables grown at home and the shop-bought ones. It's a bit like eating each vegetable for the first time - thanks Dave!
