Is that a green manure in the raised bed Mike? If so what is it? If not what is it?
That is corn salad, sometimes known as lamb's lettuce. I sowed it once and it went to seed and comes back every winter!
I have a mental block about green manure as i don't like the idea of sowing something I'll have to get rid of later! I suppose i'm worried it will take over, or I won;t get round to digging it in before it seeds...well justified if the corn salad is anything to go by!
All the best, Mike
