Thanks for your comment, Sally - the recipe is from Nigella Lawson's 'How to be a Domestic Goddess'. It is basically a cherry pizza as it is a once-risen dough base, cherries and demerara sugar and a crumble topping...It is a variation on her recipe for German Plum tart.
