Ghastly Garlic!
The over-wintered garlic appears to have flowered whilst I wasn't looking so I am assuming it will be useless!

nip off the flower stem as low as you can and leave to grow as normal. the bulb will be smaller than usual, just remove the cloves from the central stem and use as normal
